SAO BENTO Junghans SU 6012
Our station clock, the electromechanical clock with date.
A limited edition of 80 pieces of the Junghans SU 6012.
The then called DATO - GRAPH is a milestone in watchmaking, it was one of the few electromechanical watches at that time. A precursor to the quartz watch.
We took the name from the most beautiful station on the CAMINO PORTUGUES in PORTO
taken over.
The steel case 42 mm diameter finely matted has a screw-down crown and is water resistant 3ATM. It also has a strongly curved sapphire crystal to ensure a flat looking case. The case back has been glazed, as with all our watches, to allow this technology to be seen.
The white curved dial is in the style of a railway station clock. The second hand has been specially made so that the ring passes exactly through the electric mark at 6.
For the strap, we chose a black calfskin strap with double contrast stitching.
Continuous numbering on the case between the strap lugs.
